Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS: Minimum order: $100. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or Net 30 with approved credit. New accounts requesting credit terms must submit a credit sheet with order. Custom and private label orders must be paid in advance by credit card or check. No COD orders. Please provide a copy of your Resale Certificate or sales tax may be collected.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: FOB – Virginia Beach. All orders shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. If you would like us to use your FedEx or UPS shipper number, please provide it when placing order.
DELIVERY TIME: Allow 3 weeks delivery time. Rush Service: 3-5 business days with 10% additional charge. Call Jody’s prior to placing order.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: Jody’s will only ship chocolate drizzled flavors during warm weather using special packaging & ice packs to insure the quality of the products at an additional cost of $9.00. All shipments more than one day from Virginia Beach, VA, will be shipped “Overnight” at the buyer’s expense. If Free Shipping was offered, buyer will be charged the difference between “Overnight” and “Ground.”
SAMPLES: We are thrilled to provide you with up to six samples of our fabulous popcorn flavors that you have not tasted — all we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping them to you! Give us your FedEx or UPS shipper number or credit card number to cover shipping cost, and samples are no charge.
FINANCE POLICIES:Past due balances will be assessed a 1.5% finance charge per month. Returned checks will be assessed a $35 service charge. Accounts over 90 days will be sent to collection.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: All claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. No returns. All cancellations must be in writing via fax or e-mail and received PRIOR TO THE SHIP DATE. Custom orders cancelled after the label is designed will be charged the design fees set forth in this catalog and a cancellation charge of $50.
